Using the InternetCoast

You are welcome to use the InternetCoast name, logo, and a link to the web site or the web site address on all of your business materials.

Please read and agree to the information below by completing and submitting the form below.

1. ICC GRANTS YOU A NON-EXCLUSIVE, ROYALTY FREE LICENSE TO USE THE INTERNETCOAST MARK AND LOGO (Collectively the "MARKS") WITH YOUR GOODS OR SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF TWENTY YEARS FROM DATE OF YOUR DOWNLOADING FROM THIS WEBSITE THE FILES WITH THE MARKS. You shall acquire no ownership interest in the Marks or any trademark, copyright or any other intellectual property rights in, to or under the Marks, through your downloading and/or use of the Marks and you agree not to assert any ownership rights.

2. ICC MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO ANY MARK, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OR ARISING UNDER ANY STATUTE OR FROM ANY COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

3. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ICC and its stockholders, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) which result from or arise in connection with your use of the Marks.

4. Your license terminates automatically if you violate any term in this agreement, however the other terms of this agreement survive the termination of your license. All goodwill generated in connection with the use of the Marks inures to the benefit of ICC. You agree to use the marks in accordance with the trademark policies of ICC, including those relating to the quality of goods and services.

5. You agree that neither ICC, its stockholders, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, nor agents shall be liable to you or anyone claiming through you for any damages, whether direct, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, for lost profits or otherwise, in connection with the Marks or your use of the Marks, irrespective of whether ICC has been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO DOWNLOAD AND USE THE SELECTED FILES.

IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT TO ICC THAT YOU HAVE FULL AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH COMPANY.

BY CHOOSING THE “SUBMIT” BUTTON, AND/OR USING THE MARKS YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH AND BE BOUND BY THE FOREGOING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND/OR USE THE MARKS.
